Here are the new guidelines and rules for both clients and therapists to follow. Also what to expect on your next visit.


All Therapists will wear medical grade disposable gloves

Surgical masks/ face covering or Visor depending on the treatment.

Disposable aprons

Hands will be washed before and after every client and in between where necessary

Use of disposable tools and supplies will be used wherever possible

Use of plastic couch cover to be cleaned down after every client and any towels used to be changed.

Any equipment utilised during treatment will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

All surfaces, worktops and trolleys will be disinfected and cleaned between each client.

Any Therapist with the slightest of symptoms will self-isolate according to the government guidelines.


Must cancel their appointment if displaying the slightest of symptoms or anyone in their household is displaying symptoms (Fever, cough and Flu like symptoms)

Wash hands before leaving home

Sanitise hands at the front door to the salon before entering (sanitisation area provided)

Must wear a face mask or covering before entering. (these are available on request for a additional cost)

Scan QR code for NHS track and trace or fill out a track and trace form.

Please bring as little belongings as possible. And place any belongings in the area provided.

Arrive alone (unless not possible)

New Salon Rules

Only enter the salon at your scheduled appointment time - Not Early.

Restroom available but please try to avoid if possible.

Payment to made by card only - Please no cash

All treatments will have a additional 15 minutes blocked time to allow you to leave before the next client arrives and give the therapist time to clean and disinfect all areas

If you arrive late for your appointment the treatment may be shortened or cancelled and rearranged to ensure we are on time for the next client.

If a therapist is running late you may be text or telephoned to remain outside until the last client has left the salon.

Bookings only accepted - NO WALK INS but you can book 24 hours a day online or leave us a message at the salon.

Gift vouchers can be purchased over the phone or we can arrange a time for you to pop into the salon, all gift vouchers will now be sent via email.

no drinks will be served due to cross contamination. Please feel free to bring your own water/coffee.

Finally please be patient with us, we understand you are all desperate to get your treatments done but we have had to add extra time onto each treatment to maintain social distancing and ensure all areas are cleaned, therefore there will be less booking slots, to help with this we will be offering longer hours on a Saturday depending on request and demand!
