Unfortunately we have had to make the decision to change our booking policy, we have been getting an increased number of last minute cancellations, people rescheduling with short notice and no show appointments, which has a negative impact on the therapist financially and prevents other clients from getting the appointment times they've wanted.
We will be asking for a 25% deposit on treatments costing £30 or above, You will automatically receive a payment link to your contact mobile number sent via the therapist in which you have your appointment booked with, so no need for you to do anything.
Please make sure Cancellations & rescheduled appointments are done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or your deposit will be lost.
Any appointments that have been cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours Prior to your appointment will be refunded or the deposit balance moved to your next appointment.
